This Federal Register notice announces the availability of a Revised Record of Decision (ROD) for the 1800 North (SR-37); 2000 West to I-15 highway improvement project in Clinton and Sunset, Davis County, Utah. UDOT, acting under a May 2022 MOU with FHWA pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327, approved the Revised ROD on October 4, 2024, switching the selected alternative from Alternative F (chosen in the original 2015 ROD) to Alternative D following a 2023 EIS Re-evaluation. The project will construct a new I-15 interchange at 1800 North, a grade-separated railroad crossing, and widen 1800 North to a five-lane cross-section. Any judicial review claim must be filed by May 15, 2025.12
