This is an errata notice correcting the July 8, 2024 joint Record of Decision (ROD) for the Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind South Project offshore New Jersey. BOEM, the National Marine Fisheries Service, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the original ROD on the final EIS for construction and operations plan submitted by Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind Project 1, LLC and Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind Project 2, LLC. The errata clarifies that the selected alternative includes removal of wind turbine generator location AX01, approximately 150 to 200 ft from the Fish Haven Atlantic City Artificial Reef Site, correcting an inadvertent omission and a mischaracterization of that position as subject to micrositing rather than removal.1
