The Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Trustee Implementation Group (Florida TIG) announce availability of the Final Restoration Plan 3 and Environmental Assessment: Water Quality (Final RP3/EA) and a Finding of No Significant Impact, prepared under the Oil Pollution Act and NEPA to restore water quality injured by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The Florida TIG evaluated 13 project alternatives plus a no-action alternative and selected 11 projects totaling approximately $111.5 million, covering stormwater improvements, septic-to-sewer conversions, unpaved road initiatives, and hydrologic restoration across northwest and north-central Florida watersheds.
