The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and the Deepwater Horizon Open Ocean Trustee Implementation Group (Open Ocean TIG), composed of NOAA, DOI, EPA, and USDA, have finalized Restoration Plan 4 and Environmental Assessment covering Fish and Water Column Invertebrates and Sea Turtles injured by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of America. The Final RP4/EA analyzes 12 project alternatives plus a No Action alternative, selects ten projects for funding and implementation, and issues a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). Total estimated cost for the ten selected projects is approximately $210,620,000.12
