FERC staff prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the EcoEléctrica LNG Supply Pipeline Capacity Project under Docket No. CP24-490-000. The project, proposed by EcoEléctrica L.P., would increase send-out capacity on the existing LNG Supply Pipeline between the LNG terminal in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico and the Crowley Puerto Rico LLC Truck Loading Facility from 250 gpm to 500 gpm by adjusting software pressure and flow control setpoints. The U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Department of Transportation served as cooperating agencies. FERC staff concluded the project would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. Comments are due by May 5, 2025.12
