FERC is preparing an Environmental Assessment for the Forza Pipeline Project, applied for by Forza Pipeline LLC and Bull Run Pipeline LLC (Docket Nos. CP26-34-000 and CP26-35-000). The project entails constructing a new 35.9-mile, 36-inch-diameter interstate natural gas pipeline (Line FZA-A) from Lea County, New Mexico to Winkler County, Texas, plus a meter station, a mainline valve in Loving County, Texas, and a riser at Wildcat Junction. The pipeline would transport up to 750,000 Dth/d from Delaware Basin production areas to the Waha Hub. The EA is scheduled for issuance August 28, 2026, with a 30-day comment period. BLM is a cooperating agency.12
