This document is a Federal Register notice, not a NEPA environmental review document. It contains three separate Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) notices published on May 5, 2026: a generic clearance for qualitative service delivery feedback, an extension of the Franchise Rule (16 CFR part 436) information collection requirements, and an extension of shared FTC and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau enforcement authority under Regulation O (MARS, 12 CFR part 1015). No environmental impacts, alternatives, or mitigation measures are discussed. NEPA metadata fields such as geographic location, project type, applicant, and environmental impacts are not applicable to this document.1
