This Federal Register notice is a request for public comments on three proposed extensions of existing information collections by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA): the Cleanup Program for Accumulations of Coal and Float Coal Dusts (OMB 1219-0151), Hazardous Conditions Complaints (OMB 1219-0014), and Program to Prevent Smoking in Hazardous Areas of Underground Coal Mines (OMB 1219-0041). None of these are NEPA documents. All three are Paperwork Reduction Act pre-clearance notices seeking OMB approval for extension without change of currently approved information collections.
