This document is a Federal Register notice, not a NEPA environmental review document. OSHA is requesting that OMB extend approval of the information collection requirements under the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Standard (29 CFR 1910.120). The agency proposes an adjustment decrease in annual burden hours from 251,002 to 232,668, and a decrease in capital costs from $3,769,483 to $3,405,362, both attributable to a decline in RCRA treatment, storage, and disposal cleanup sites. No geographic scope, environmental impacts, or NEPA alternatives analysis is present in this document.1
