FHWA, on behalf of UDOT, issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the I-15; 24th Street Interchange project in Ogden City, Weber County, Utah. The project replaces the existing partial I-15/24th Street interchange with a fully directional single point urban interchange (SPUI), removes existing on- and off-ramps, retains the I-15 underpass for local access, and converts the Pennsylvania Avenue and New Midland Drive intersection to a signalized intersection. The FONSI became operative November 26, 2024, and judicial review claims must be filed by May 9, 2025.12
