The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has prepared a Final Environmental Assessment (FEA) for the J. Brodie Smith Hydroelectric Project, a hydropower facility on the Androscoggin River in Coos County, New Hampshire, applied for by Central Rivers Power, NH LLC. The FEA concludes that licensing the project, with appropriate environmental protective measures, would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the human environment. No federal land is occupied by project works or within the project boundary.1 This notice announces the FEA's availability and invites public review.2
