The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is withdrawing its 2011 Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS for the Jackson Township 900 Project in Sacramento County, California. The project requires Section 404 Clean Water Act authorization. The Corps determined that the project falls within the South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan area, which was covered by a Final EIS published in 2018, and is now suited for processing under the Corps' SSHCP Letter of Permission procedure for activities with more than minimal but less than significant effects on the human environment. The EIS process is terminated per 33 CFR part 230, Appendix C(2) and 33 CFR part 325, Appendix B(8)(g).1
