The Bureau of Land Management issued a Record of Decision on January 3, 2025, approving a 30-year right-of-way grant for the Jove Solar Project in La Paz County, Arizona. The project covers 3,495 acres of BLM-administered public lands and 38 acres of county land, and will install up to 1.2 million solar photovoltaic modules with a generation capacity of 600 megawatts or more. Power will connect to the Cielo Azul Switchyard adjacent to the Ten West Link 500-kilovolt transmission line. This ROD constitutes the final decision of the Department of the Interior and is not subject to appeal.12
