The exemption allows CEG to load six MPC-89 multi-purpose canisters using the HI-STORM FW MPC Storage System and HI-TRAC transfer cask beginning in May 2025, even though CEG's site-specific tornado missile analysis does not comply with Certificate of Compliance No. 1032, Amendment No. 3, Revision No. 0. The NRC found no significant radiological or non-radiological environmental impacts, tiering off prior assessments, and issued a FONSI in lieu of an EIS.
