Commerce is revoking the orders in part with respect to certain wheel studs, based on a request from importer Logistical Resource Development Inc., and rescinding a concurrent scope inquiry. The partial revocation applies retroactively to unliquidated entries on or after January 1, 2022. No NEPA environmental review is involved.12
