The form collects data on spent nuclear fuel from all commercial nuclear reactor operators and other irradiated-fuel possessors in the United States. The notice amends a prior 30-day Federal Register notice published February 20, 2026, primarily by reinstating Section C.2 (Projected Assembly Discharges) and adding an optional Assembly-Average Initial Enrichment data field.
