EPA is opening a 60-day public comment period on registration review work plans and case dockets for two pesticides, copper pyrithione (Case No. 5082, Docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2025-0018) and urea (Case No. 4095, Docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2024-0218), pursuant to FIFRA section 3(g) and 40 CFR part 155, subpart C. The review will ultimately determine whether each pesticide continues to meet FIFRA registration standards. No NEPA impact analysis is present in this notice.12
