This is a Notice of Availability, not a NEPA document. EPA is announcing the availability of draft human health and/or ecological risk assessments for four pesticides under FIFRA registration review: clothianidin, imidacloprid, saflufenacil, and thiamethoxam. The notice opens a 60-day public comment period closing September 24, 2024. EPA will use comments to finalize the risk assessments and ultimately determine whether each pesticide continues to meet FIFRA registration standards.
