This is a Notice of Availability, not a NEPA EIS or EA. EPA announces proposed registration review decisions under FIFRA for three pesticides: an amended proposed interim decision (PID) for folpet (Case 0630) and sedaxane (Case 7065), and a proposed final registration review decision (PFD) for d-allethrin (Case 0437). A 60-day public comment period runs through January 6, 2025. These decisions address whether the pesticides continue to meet FIFRA registration standards and consider risk findings and possible mitigation measures. No NEPA environmental impact analysis is present in this document.1
