FERC issued a Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Assessment for the relicense of the 3.18-megawatt Phoenix Hydroelectric Project No. 4113, operated by Oswego Hydro Partners, L.P. on the Oswego, Oneida, and Seneca Rivers in Onondaga and Oswego counties, New York. Oswego Hydro Partners filed the relicense application on February 27, 2024. Staff determined the project does not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the human environment and will prepare an EA rather than an EIS. The EA is targeted for issuance August 11, 2026.123
