The collection requires coal mine operators to quarterly sample and submit respirable dust data to MSHA under 30 CFR parts 70, 71, and 90, covering 701 annual respondents, approximately 989,403 annual responses, and 69,765 hours of annual time burden. Comments are due by July 28, 2025.12
