FERC has issued a Notice of Availability for a final supplemental EIS for the Texas LNG Project proposed by Texas LNG Brownsville LLC (Docket No. CP16-116-000). The supplemental EIS responds to a D.C. Circuit court remand arising from a August 6, 2024 opinion finding that FERC failed to adequately discuss impacts on environmental justice communities and failed to explain why it did not use data from a particular air quality monitor. The final supplemental EIS is available electronically on the FERC website.

FERC has issued a Notice of Availability for a final supplemental EIS for the Texas LNG Project proposed by Texas LNG Brownsville LLC (Docket No. CP16-116-000). The supplemental EIS was prepared on remand following the August 6, 2024 D.C. Circuit opinion in City of Port Isabel v. FERC, which found FERC failed to analyze impacts on environmental justice communities and failed to explain why it did not use data from a particular air quality monitor.
