Rover Pipeline LLC; Notice of Availability of the Environmental Assessment for the Proposed Rover-Bulger Compressor Station and Harmon Creek Meter Station Expansion Project

FERC has issued a Notice of Availability for the Environmental Assessment (EA) of Rover Pipeline LLC's proposed Rover-Bulger Compressor Station and Harmon Creek Meter Station Expansion Project (Docket No. CP25-12-000). The project adds a 2,750 horsepower compressor unit, a discharge filter separator, an ultrasonic meter skid, a flow control skid, a filter separator, a unit blowdown silencer, and associated interconnect piping. FERC staff concludes approval would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. Public comments are due by July 25, 2025.

Rover Pipeline LLC; Notice of Schedule for the Preparation of an Environmental Assessment for the Rover-Bulger Delivery Meter Station Project

FERC is preparing an Environmental Assessment for the Rover-Bulger Compressor Station and Harmon Creek Meter Station Expansion Project, filed by Rover Pipeline LLC on October 31, 2024, under Docket No. CP25-12-000. The project would expand Rover's existing Bulger Compressor Station and Harmon Creek Receipt Meter Station in Washington County, Pennsylvania, to receive up to an additional 400,000 dekatherms of natural gas per day for Range Resources-Appalachia LLC. FERC plans to issue the EA on May 5, 2025, with a 90-day federal authorization decision deadline of August 4, 2025. This notice is procedural and does not contain impact analysis.
