FERC staff has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) for the Rover Pipeline LLC Rover—Sunny Farms Receipt and Delivery Meter Station Project in Hancock County, Ohio (Docket No. CP24–508–000). Rover requests authorization to construct and operate two meter stations, 90 feet of interconnect piping, and associated facilities within and adjacent to its Mainline easement to enable receipt of up to 6,269 Dth/d of renewable natural gas from VRNG Seneca LLC and delivery of up to 7,893 Dth/d of natural gas to fuel that RNG facility. FERC staff concludes the project would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. The EA is available for a 30-day public comment period closing February 24, 2025.12
