FERC's Office of Energy Projects has completed a Final Environmental Assessment (FEA) for the Sawmill Hydroelectric Project, a hydroelectric facility on the Androscoggin River in Coos County, New Hampshire, proposed by Great Lakes Hydro America, LLC under Project No. 2422-058. No federal land is occupied by project works or within the project boundary. The FEA concludes that licensing the project, with appropriate environmental protective measures, would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment.
