The FAA issued a Notice of Availability and Record of Decision for an errata to the Environmental Assessment covering proposed departure procedure amendments at Bob Hope Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) in Burbank, California. The EA examined three alternatives: Alternative A (per the Settlement Agreement with Benedict Hills homeowner associations), Alternative B (incorporating Task Force recommendations), and the No Action Alternative. The FAA selected No Action because Alternative A would cause significant noise impacts including to Luther Burbank Middle School, and Alternative B would require design waivers, discriminate economically, and reduce safety. The ROD was signed August 5, 2025.12
