FERC has issued a Notice of Availability of the Environmental Assessment for the Southeast Supply Enhancement Project (Docket No. CP25-10-000), proposed by Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (Transco). The project would construct approximately 55.4 miles of new 42-inch pipeline loops, add and upgrade compressor units, and make piping modifications at existing stations across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama, to provide 1,596,900 dekatherms per day of firm transportation service. The EA, prepared with USACE and FWS as cooperating agencies, concludes the project would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the human environment.
