The FAA issued a Final Tiered Environmental Assessment and Mitigated Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision for SpaceX's proposal to increase Starship/Super Heavy launch and landing cadence at the Boca Chica Launch Site in Cameron County, Texas. The Proposed Action would authorize up to 25 annual launches, 25 annual Starship landings, and 25 annual Super Heavy landings, compared to the baseline of 5 annual launches under the 2022 Programmatic EA. Two alternatives were evaluated. NASA, the National Park Service, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service served as cooperating agencies. The FAA received thousands of public comments on the Revised Draft EA before issuing the final decision.12
