FERC staff prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Supply Lateral Project proposed by Golden Pass LNG Terminal, LLC in Jefferson County, Texas. The project consists of approximately 0.22 mile of 42-inch-diameter pipeline supply lateral, a receipt interconnect, two meter station pads, and appurtenant facilities, all within the existing Golden Pass LNG property boundary. The facilities are designed to interconnect with one intrastate and one interstate pipeline, transporting up to 2.6 million dekatherms per day to the Golden Pass LNG Terminal. FERC staff concluded the project would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. Comments are due October 14, 2025.12
