This is a notice of availability, comment period extension, and virtual final public hearing announcement for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) covering the Texas GulfLink LLC deepwater port license application. MARAD and the U.S. Coast Guard are the lead and cooperating agencies. The proposed project would construct, own, and operate a deepwater port terminal approximately 26.6 nautical miles off Brazoria County, Texas, in the Gulf of Mexico, to export domestically produced crude oil at up to one million barrels per day. The FEIS comment period, originally opened July 5, 2024, was extended to August 30, 2024, due to Hurricane Beryl. A virtual final public hearing is scheduled for September 13, 2024.12
