FERC staff has prepared an Environmental Assessment for the Texas-Louisiana Expansion Project proposed by Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (Docket CP24-8-000). The project involves modifications at two existing compressor stations in Montgomery County (CS 302) and Liberty County (CS 343), Texas, to add 300,000 Dth/day of firm gas capacity in Segment 25 of Natural's eastbound Louisiana Line. FERC staff concludes the project would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the human environment. Comments are due July 8, 2024.
