FERC has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the TTC Connector Project, proposed by TTC Connector, LLC (Docket No. CP25-525-000). The project involves constructing and operating approximately 25 miles of 20-inch-diameter pipeline and a new compressor station with two 5,500-hp units in Colorado and Wharton counties, Texas. The project would provide 300,000 Dth per day of firm transportation service from Enbridge's Tres Palacios Gas Storage to interconnects with Energy Transfer Partners' Trunkline Pipeline and Gulf South Pipeline's Coastal Bend Header. The EA concludes that approval would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. Comments are due by February 17, 2026.12
