The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Owyhee Field Office has issued a Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed DeLamar Mine Project in Owyhee County, Idaho. The applicant, DeLamar Mining Company (DMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Integra Resources, proposes to reopen and expand two existing open pit gold and silver mines on Florida Mountain and DeLamar Mountain. The project would disturb approximately 2,915 total acres over an estimated 19-year construction and mining period, with 1,495 acres of new surface disturbance. The BLM is soliciting public scoping comments through June 29, 2026, and anticipates completing the EIS and Record of Decision in summer 2027.1
