- What does Pro include that Free does not?
- Unlimited AI briefs, full comment-cluster analysis with stance and tension breakdowns, the top 50 substantive comments per docket, every document summary, click-through to verbatim source quotes for every AI claim, and CSV export from regulations.gov. Free is capped at 2 AI briefs per month and a 5-project watchlist.
- Is the 7-day Pro trial really free?
- Yes. You enter a card at checkout, but it is not charged for the first 7 days. Cancel any time during the trial from your account billing portal and you pay nothing. The card is required so we can keep accounts that abuse free trials in check, not as a gotcha.
- Where do the AI briefs come from?
- Every brief is generated from the source PDF of the underlying NEPA document, not from training data. Each AI claim links to a verbatim quote you can verify against the original filing in one click. Nothing is paraphrased without an audit trail.
- Can I use envirodocket from Claude Code or Cursor?
- Yes. Pro plans include access to our MCP server. Add it with one CLI command, approve access in your browser via OAuth, and query NEPA projects, comments, and dockets directly from your editor. Tokens refresh automatically, no API keys to rotate.
- How fresh is the data?
- Federal Register and Regulations.gov ingest every 6 hours. EPA EIS database, DOE NEPA, and BLM ePlanning ingest daily. Public-comment ingestion runs every 6 hours per active docket. Most new filings are live on envirodocket within hours of being published by the agency.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Open your account, click Manage billing, and cancel from the Stripe portal. You keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period and never get re-charged.
