The National Park Service and the District of Columbia, as joint lead agencies, are preparing an EIS for redevelopment of the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus in Washington, DC. Authorized by the DC Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus Revitalization Act (P.L. 118-274), the project encompasses mixed-use commercial and residential development, parks, open space, pedestrian and transit facilities, and utilities along the Anacostia River. Alternatives will include action alternatives with new neighborhoods and a no-action alternative representing stadium-only development. The scoping comment period closes April 24, 2026.1234
