Five new EISs are listed: a Draft EIS for the State College Area Connector Project (FHWA, PA), a Draft EIS for the Lower Bear River Watershed Plan (USDA, UT), a Final EIS for the Hermosa Critical Minerals Project (USFS, AZ), a Draft EIS for the NEXT Renewable Fuels Oregon Project (USACE, OR), and a Final EIS for the Pine Valley Water Supply (BLM, UT).
